Welcome!

My name is Joel Robbins. I am a Chinese medicine practitioner and a teacher of traditional self-care practices. I have a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Nutrition, and I am a certified Taichi Instructor. In addition to academic training, I have extensively studied Yang Sheng, the traditional Chinese approach to health and longevity through daily habits, movement, and seasonal awareness. Childhood struggles with food allergies set me on the path to learn natural medicine, and as a result, I now have over 30 years experience integrating healing practices into my everyday life. This perspective shapes how I teach and practice. Rather than focusing on disease treatment, my work emphasizes gentle support for the body, creating ease and free-flow so it can naturally return to a harmonious state.
