Chinese Medicine Initial Visit – 90min
The initial visit is a comprehensive constitution-based Chinese medicine session. We will explore your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, diet, sleep, stress, and other factors that shape your unique constitution and influence your well-being. Traditional assessment methods, including tongue and pulse observation as well as other Chinese medicine evaluation techniques, may be used to identify your constitutional tendencies and current patterns of imbalance.
Following the consultation, treatment may include acupuncture, Tui Na bodywork, cupping, moxibustion, or other appropriate Chinese medicine therapies. The goal is to develop a personalized treatment plan that supports your constitution, promotes long-term health, and restores balance over time.
Chinese Medicine Follow-Up Visit – 60min
Follow-up visits build upon the constitutional foundation established during your initial consultation. We will review your progress, discuss any changes in your health, and refine your treatment plan as your constitution and current patterns evolve.
Treatment may include acupuncture, Tui Na bodywork, cupping, moxibustion, and other Chinese medicine therapies appropriate to your needs. Follow-up visits are designed to support your constitution, encourage lasting progress, and help you continue cultivating long-term health.
Yang Sheng Consultation – 60min (in-person/virtual)
The Yang Sheng Consultation is a personalized educational session focused on understanding your constitution through the principles of Chinese medicine and the practice of Yang Sheng, or “nourishing life.” Together, we will explore how daily habits, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress influence your long-term health, while developing practical strategies that support your unique constitution. You will receive individualized guidance in areas such as nutrition, qigong, self-care, and other Yang Sheng practices that can be integrated into everyday life. This is an educational consultation centered on learning, cultivation, and long-term well-being.
