Silk Reeling Qigong

A gentle yet powerful Qigong practice focused on smooth movement, breath, and energy cultivation. Perfect for beginners and those wanting to build a strong foundation.
This class takes place at Great Oak Co-housing, 500 Little Lake Drive, Ann Arbor 48103.
Class Registration
The class requires a minimum number of participants to run.
If you plan to attend, please complete the short registration form by 5:00 PM on Wednesday.
Drop-in fee is $22 ($20 cash or check) due at or before the beginning of class. Try the first class for free!
Payment & Online Access
Payment is due before or at the start of class for in-person participants.
For online participants, a payment link will be sent once the class is confirmed. Once payment is received, you’ll be all set and will receive the Zoom link at the start of class.
Please complete your online payment at least five minutes before class begins so there is time to receive your access link.
