Yang Sheng, or “nourishing life,” is the Chinese tradition of cultivating health through the way we live, move, eat, rest, work, and relate to the world around us. It is a practical approach to learning how to care for yourself and cultivate greater balance, resilience, and vitality.
Through private Yang Sheng consultation, we’ll look at what you’re already doing to take care of yourself and explore ways to make your practice more effective and responsive to your needs. You hold the practice; my role is to help you cultivate it. I bring a lifetime of experience with a wide range of tools, including Qigong, movement, nutrition, herbal traditions, seasonal living, self-cultivation, and other practices drawn from Chinese medicine.
The goal isn’t to give you a prescription for how to live. It’s to help you develop your own repertoire of practical skills for understanding and caring for yourself.
